EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: If you receive a flag that is damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect, please call our company within 5 business days of receipt of the flag. We will gladly make arrangements to replace the defective flag when the defective flag has been received by us from you.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact our company within 5 business days of receipt of the flag. You may return the unused and unworn item in the original packaging within 7 business days of your receipt of the item via U.S. Post Office First Class Mail. We do not accept C.O.D. packages. The return shipping will be at customer’s expense, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged. We will send a replacement flag of your choice of equal value at our shipping expense.
